These terms apply to the CosmoTV apps and this website. By using CosmoTV, you agree to them.
The service
CosmoTV helps you keep track of shows, anime and movies: know the next episode, mark what you watched, organize lists and get reminders. Some features are part of the CosmoTV Pro subscription.
Your account
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you suspect misuse. You can delete your account at any time through the Delete account page.
CosmoTV Pro
CosmoTV Pro costs R$8.90 a month or R$89.90 a year and renews automatically. Payment is charged by the App Store or Google Play when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel it in your app store account settings. Refunds follow the rules of the store where you bought it.
Your data
Your library and history are yours. You can export them at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. How we use data is described in the Privacy policy.
Third-party content
Show and movie information, images and posters come from TVmaze (CC BY-SA) and TMDB and belong to their owners. CosmoTV uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. CosmoTV does not stream video.
Intellectual property
The app, the CosmoTV brand and its design belong to their owners. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
Acceptable use
Don't use CosmoTV to break the law, overload or attack our systems, or access other people's data.
Warranties and liability
CosmoTV is provided as is. We work to keep air dates and show data accurate, but they come from outside sources and may contain errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Ending the service
You can stop using CosmoTV whenever you like. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Because your data lives on your device and can be exported, it stays with you even without the online service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code. Disputes are heard in the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
