Delete account

Use this form to ask us to delete your CosmoTV account and the data linked to it.

Request deletion

Want a copy first? Export your library in Settings > Export data before you send the request.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and the Apple or Google sign-in linked to it.
  • Your synced library: shows, anime, movies, marked episodes and lists.
  • Reminders, preferences and history stored on our servers.

What this request doesn't delete

  • Data stored only on your device: remove the app to delete it.
  • Your CosmoTV Pro subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play so you aren't charged again.
  • Records the law requires us to keep, for the period it requires.

Timeframe

We confirm the request through the email you give us and complete the deletion within 30 days. Deletion can't be undone.
